Welcome to 'Endless Sunsets' our 3 bedroom, 1½ bath year around home located on the east end of Sunrise Lake in Middleton, New Hampshire. Named Endless Sunset because the sunset views are spectacular as the sun goes down directly down the lake from us. 100 feet of private waterfront, with private beach, on the clear lake offers you a place to relax, fish, swim or boat literally at your back door... well, ok, at the edge of our tiered rear lawn. Right from our home you can easily enjoy fishing, boating, hiking, zip lining, skiing, golf, picnicking, fairs, NASCAR racing or nature trails. PLEASE NOTE - DURING PRIME RENTAL MONTHS, JUNE THRU SEPTEMBER WE ONLY ACCEPT RESERVATIONS OF 7 DAYS, BEGINNING AND ENDING ON FRIDAYS.

Our previous guests have left wonderful reviews of this home. To those of them returning for a second, third or more stay I say "wait until you see all the new features we have added to the home" To our first timers... you'll be delighted.

Equipped with the latest in electronics (TV's, stereo, internet access etc.) the entire home has been redone with new hardwood flooring and new lower-level floors to accommodate all guests. The living room offers a brand-new sofa and recliner. They both have power footrests and headrests and for you cell phone/tablet addicts each has a USB port built right into the armrests. Both of the main level bedrooms now have wall mounted fans and the living room has two fans to fit in windows (or move them to where you would like). We have 3 double window fans stored in the closet of bedroom #2 so if the weather gets overly warm just put one of these fans into a window, select blow in, blow out or one blowing either way. From Fall foliage to spring and summer fun, this location has it all. We were completely booked for this past 'Summer Season' and completely booked for 2023, so if you are planning ahead for 2024 email us early to insure you get the week you want. We are not responsible for problems caused by travel conditions, weather, lake conditions, transportation schedules etc.

Close to many of New England's scenic and fun spots and yet nestled in the quaint town of Middleton, you can do it all or nothing at all. Only 15 minutes from Alton Bay where you can board the 230 ft M/S Mt Washington to cruise Lake Winnipesaukee. The Mt Washington makes stops at Weirs Beach, Center Harbor, Meredith, Wolfeboro and Alton Bay. Enjoy their Sunday Champagne Cruise with or without a buffet meal, the cruise is great time at a reasonable price.

Fall colors abound throughout the region and many of the areas offer true country fairs featuring crafts, foods and farm animals. The mountains are a photographer's dream with a huge spectrum of colors. This is a GREAT place to have family fun! Fall is the time for apple picking!!!

WE LISTEN TO OUR GUESTS AND BECAUSE SEVERAL OF OUR GUESTS MENTIONED PROBLEMS WITH CELL PHONE RECEPTION IN THE AREA OF OUR LAKE HOUSE, WE HAVE INSTALLED 2 LAND LINE TELEPHONES IN THE HOME AND OUR GUESTS MAY NOW CALL ANYWHERE IN THE U.S., CANADA OR MEXICO AT NO CHARGE (all other locations or calls are blocked). WE PURCHASED 5 ADULT AND 1 CHILD'S KAYAKS for your enjoyment.
HIS HOME IS ON A BRAND-NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM AND NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS/VISITORS ARE ALLOWED AT ANYTIME. NO MOTORHOMES, CAMPERS OR TRAILER TYPE VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED ON SITE.

PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS OUR HOME, NOT A CAMP OR CABIN. IT IS ON SEPTIC AND WE LIMIT IT TO 7 TOTAL GUESTS (EITHER A TOTAL OF GUESTS OR VISITORS OF THE GUESTS) AND 2 CARS. LAST SEASON WE HAD GUESTS BRING 14 PEOPLE AND 9 CARS WHICH CAUSED A $14,500 COMPLETE FAILUREOF THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
Trash pick-up is EARLY on Friday mornings, it is your responsibility to ensure the trash is placed at the curb side of the driveway on THURSDAY evenings. If you fail to do so we must subtract $100.00 from your security deposit to cover the cost of a private vendor having to pick up the trash and take it to the dump.

PLEASE READ THE LOOSE LEAF BINDER IN THE HOME AS TO ALL OUR REGULATIONS TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR ITEMS YOU FAILED TO DO OR NOT DO.
PARKING: The entry driveway to our property is a split public access driveway. There is NO PARKING on that access road! The neighbors have a dual access shed attached open shed to their garage and parking on the access road blocks their shed. Vehicles parked on the access road will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Follow and use our parking signs.
